<<<< Example questionnaire
I carried out a questionnaire by asking 15 people (from my target audience of male and females aged 16-24) questions about what they like to see when they read a magazine. I put my results into graphs so it was easier to see the favourite options from each question.
From this graph I have discovered that 10 out of the 15 people asked prefer to have one main image as well as smaller images on the front cover. I will take into account this information when I come to make my own music magazine by using one main image as well as smaller images.
From this graph I have discovered that 8 people out of the 15 people asked prefer to have text in the bottom or top half of the contents page compared to down the left or right hand side that 5 people said they preferred or having the text in the middle that only 2 people said they preferred. I will take this information into account by having my text either in the bottom or top half of the contents page on my own music magazine.
From this graph I have discovered that 10 people out of the 15 people asked prefer to have one image over just one page as well as smaller images on a double page spread. Therefore, when I come to make my music magazine I will have one image over just one page as well as smaller images rather than one image over two pages.
From this graph I have discovered that 11 people out of the 15 people asked prefer to have 3 columns on a double page spread compared to 2 columns that 4 people said they preferred and 1 column that know one said they preferred. From this information I will use 3 columns when I come to do my double page spread on my music magazine.
I also asked 4 open questions and below are the answers I received from the 15 people who took the questionnaire (my target audience of male and females aged 16-24).
