Week Five

28^th February – Today I began to think about what my front cover will look like and drew a picture of what I want it to look like. I also wrote up the codes and conventions of the front cover of NME and began to look at the contents page. As well as this I handed out questionnaires to 15 people from my target audience and recorded the results using graphs.

1^st March – Today I began to think about what my contents page and double page spread will look like and drew pictures of what I want them to look like. I also finished writing the codes and conventions of the NME contents page as well as finishing the double page spread.

2^nd March – Today I did video interviews by asking four people from my target audience questions about what music they like and what they think about music magazines. I also did six picture profile questionnaires.

3^rd March – Today I wrote up the codes and conventions for the front cover, contents page and double page spread of the other NME magazine.

4^th March – Today I wrote up the codes and conventions for the front cover of Guitar World, the contents page of Kerrang and the double page spread of a different Kerrang magazine. I posted on my blog all my audience research, the 15 codes and conventions, front cover and contents page drawings and ideas diagram.
